Very methodical, prepares for cases versus trying to BS thru them on the actual court day, considers all options.

The greatest asset of a lawyer is their ability to speak. Andrew Raldolphi, is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent when it comes to actually defending your case. He was actually stuttering infront of the Judge. Amongst many other issues, just to keep it short, I would not recommend this firm.

Recently I got a speeding/reckless ticket by going 92/55 in Fairfax County. Per John's recommendation I did the following:

-Spent $400 in driving classes (over 8hrs)
-Spent $200 to get speed rating that was favorable to our case (88/92)
-Got letter of recommendation from my employer
- Got driving record from DMV with 0 points

After a month I came to a realization that John has passed my case to his associate, Jeffrey Clark, who was very short with me on the phone. I already had two continuances due to being outside of the country; therefore, third court date was our final chance to defend the case. Jeffery spoke to the prosecutor but the prosecutor offered 6 months suspension + no jail time. It was then, that I realized that Jeffry was inexperience and had little or no relationship with prosecutes and the judge - Specially for case like this.
We decided to take the case in front of the judge (Take the risk of going to jail) and I got 2 months suspensions only. Better than prosecutor which can be translated to that I PROBOBLY didn't needed an expensive Lawyer.
having paid the highest fee in the area, I would have expected that John himself to defend my case instead of his associates. Additionally, my last conversation with him was very unpleasant and this review is mainly could have been avoided if he was nice about it.
I would suggest for traffic violations use other vendors who do this regularly and treat it more seriously.

John's associate Andrew did a great job in representing me in my case. The outcome was much better than I had even hoped for.

i've never been in a court situation before where i needed to hire a lawyer in my life.

Other lawyers told me that i will not win- that's it's just not going to happen , but i COULD NOT accept that. After meeting with the man, i felt confident that he is master at his craft. He listens, get the case perfect, communicates well, and fights like a Champiom in court! Now, after i needed a lawyer to fight for me and my family, i am FOREVER indebted to Attorney Mr. Joseph Beale for winning my very tough case!!

The man had time for me on the weekends, and would even meet with me at his home office due to my work schedule. The gentleman focuses like a bald eagle (but has great hair:) and his mood is cheery at he same time. i really don't know what to say, except I am truly forever indebted to him. He may not realize this, but the good he does echos after the office doors close and he goes home. My Beale ought to be tremendously proud of his contributions to society. So glad he was on my side; i was weak, hurt, and NEEDED the right kind of help. He is a saint in my personal opinion!
