The Collins firm was very helpful in organizing my mother's estate upon her passing. They are compassionate and helpful people.

We visited The Collins Firm and had a free consultation meeting with one of their Estate Planning /Trust Lawyers. We had attended a free Seminar on the subject matter.
We were very impressed with their approach to and experience in Estate Planning/Trusts/ Last Will & Testament. Very professional.

Prepare to be abused when you call. The receptionist, without fail, is obnoxious. From the time she picks up the phone it's as if you're on her last nerve. Our initial meeting after our parents' deaths was comforting. Since then, not so much. It has been a year and we still don't have the authorization we need to settle the estate.

Gave them our business about 2 years ago. Today was my first time calling to speak with Philip Kenny, and the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude and abrupt, as well as dismissive. Who needs this kind of attitude!

I just tried to call, to get a rough idea of the cost and time of estate planning - no can do - unless you leave a ton of personal data, and let them call you back, they can't talk to you.

Paid $1000 for Living Will with unlimited changes. Got divorced, they used this to null and void this agreement, that is, a living will in MY name, NOT (the former) "our" name. The Living Will is boilerplate, so I paid $1000 for them to ask me questions, type in boilerplate, promise unlimited changes, and first change request, no-can-do, but for a $1000 we can redo. My advice. Search the web and do living wills for free!! Also, this is an example of the integrity of their organization, so personally I would not use them for anything.
