Having to hire an attorney isn’t always a pleasant experience. You find some who always seem to busy to get back to you or you get the one who has the “I’ll get to it later” attitude. Stacey Talbott is neither of these. When I contacted her she immediately had the answers I needed and quickly came up with a plan of action. I currently reside out of state and different time zones. I would email her in the middle of the night with a question and to my surprise would get an answer back no matter the time. Stacey really helped put me at ease during the whole matter, which isn’t easy todo especially when it’s having to do with fighting for your children. She made the process simple and helped me understand the process in the simplest of ways. I would strongly recommend her to anyone that I know that’s in need of a family law attorney. The service I received was exceptional!

Stacy is amazing. I had what I thought was a somewhat complicated post-divorce custody case that will likely continue into the future but Stacy handled it all like a true professional, like it was the easiest thing she had ever done. Within a very short period of time, she had synthesized everything and put together the most amazing responses and motions. She knows how to get the job done and obviously has the experience to do it superbly. She just "gets it." 100% 5 star rating from me.

Stacy was my attorney for a difficult divorce. She always looked out for my best interest. In addition to being an excellent lawyer, she became a friend who was always provided emotional support through a very trying time in my life.

I do not recommend hiring Ms Talbott. You actually hire her assistant who wasn't helpful. My divorce was fairly straight forward and ended up getting delayed because when the separation agreement was sent my ex didn't realize she had to print and fill out the "Answer" to the divorce. When I asked where that form was on the courts website so I could print it off and send it to my ex to sign I was told search for "answer to divorce". I did so and the form I printed was apparently the complaint for the divorce so when they showed me the correct form it turns out its called a CCDR-50 which is the first link on google. If I was given the correct name originally my divorce wouldn't have taken as long as it did. Among other small issues I did not enjoy my experience using her as my divorce lawyer and would not recommend her services.

Stacy has been wonderful. I was going through an ugly divorce, and prior to meeting Stacy I had another attorney. The prior attorney never made me feel secure of the process, so I had to let them go. Finding Stacy was the best thing that happened. I wish I would of found her earlier, but things happen for a reason. Stacy listens, understands, and is very knowledgeable of what she does. She is always reassuring, and makes you feel like family. Having an attorney to represent you requires someone like Stacy, who's there for you that you can feel secure with and open up to. She got me out of my ugly divorce and I thank her for that. I highly recommend Mrs. Stacy Talbott as an attorney.
