I called about Expungements and WORST experience ever!! She the office assistant had no idea what she was talking about and kept telling me if you were found guilty that you cannot expunge the case and as for a felony, she said no felony conviction was expungeable Than she hung up!

Let me tell you a little about my case. I am 2nd time DUI/DWI offender who was pulled over in Moco. I took the field test but refused the breathalyzer and was immediately locked up. The officers did a search of my vehicle and found several empty beer bottles/cans in the vehicle in which they intended to use as evidence. I had been drinking that evening, but I had only had 2 beers at a local pub and did not understand why the officer had pulled me over in the first place.

First and foremost, I did my research and met and spoke with several local attorneys in the Moco area. I found Mr. Bennett through Avvo and visited his site and submitted an inquiry. He promptly got back to me within the hour and requested that I come into his office for a consultation.
