Three months after catching on what the firm was doing and telling them that my pay ledger was wrong via several emails , I still have not gotton my unused balance or a reply by email.
My new firm has did more work in 15 minutes More quality work then they have did in the 3 months I’ve had them.
I would stay as far away from this place as Humanly Possibly. You will waste your time and hard earned cash. If you want a real firm Go to The Spiggle Law Firm. This post is my Opinion!!!!!
just got off the phone with Attorney Steven Herrick and I feel really good! After I booked the consult, I was hesitant because I saw some of the reviews that some people found their consults not as helpful as they would've wanted. My experience: I'm so glad I talked to Mr Herrick!!
He was very knowledgable and personable; didn't waste my time; and provided straight forward answers to several (complicated) questions in a manner that was understandable to me and very helpful. Can't say enough good things about him!! Will def ask him to provide his services in future; (he was much more helpful in our brief consult than my current attorney at another firm, with whom I've had horrible and unhelpful interactions). One more thing: there was one question that came up that was sort of tangential to one of my major questions and he is following up with it because the idiosyncrasy of it intrigued him. He answered every question I had and I feel very pleased & satisfied with the consult.
1. I lost the case against my employer and I find out two weeks later through a former co-worker. My lawyer didn't inform me.
2. This was a while ago and I still trying to get the remaining of my retainer (approx $3,700). I have been receiving the run-around to get my money. I have been unemployed for many months and just a few days ago, I failed a payment in more than 15 years. Their carelessness is damaging my credit score and it seems that no body there cares.
3. The firm knew I has been unemployed for approx 9 months and they asked me $20,000 last minute before the hearing. I end-up paying approx. $28,000 for legal paperwork and lost by default because "poor communication" from my counsel.
An eye opener for me is when we were on a conference call with my Agency, the Judge, and everyone that spoke added clarity to their position, EXCEPT my attorney from Tulley. So I spoke up and decided to explain that the my employer (Agency) was incorrect- another example of what is not aggressive representation as Tulley claims. I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone. Awful. I would have to say that my attorney’s assistant was good and very responsive. I almost thought she was my attorney. Awful.
The owner sent me a response (bard on the review I posted above) asking me to contact the company regarding the negative experience I shared in my review; however, I’m still waiting for Tulley to contact me as promised. I already shared my concerns with their office and Mr. Kaine promised to call me back with an update on the company’s investigation. More than three months later, I’m still waiting to be contacted. By way of this review, I’m asking Tulley to contact me again with an update as they had initially promised.
BTW- In my opinion, I believe many of the ratings at 4-5 stars aren’t actual clients of Tulley. They can’t be. Please make sure to review the ratings from 1-3 and you will find that there are many similarities in what one experiences at Tulley....stay away.
Update: It has been over 4 months since I posted my original review before Tully Rinckey decided to respond with the message, "We invite you to contact us". Ironically, if they had really read my initial review, they would have noticed I stated that I already had a conversation with a managing partner to discuss my concerns. And all I received was one excuse after another for the way in which was my case was handled.
I wanted to thank you for the tremendous support and legal guidance provided by your firm through our Son's disenrollment board and subsequent appeal. From the very first phone call with you, and after several interviews with other military law firms, it was clear that you and your team were truly our best course to arrive at a positive outcome. We had the great pleasure to work with Wayne Roberts who immediately created a strong rapport with my Son and our family. His legal expertise and calming demeanor brought great confidence and reassurance as we navigated through the initial board hearing. Even though we received a favorable recommendation from board, it was not accepted by the PMS nor the Brigade. We were left with one final appeal if we chose to continue the fight to allow our son his dream of obtaining an Army Commission. Our second consultation, you presented the opportunities and hope we could successfully overturn the initial denial and arrive with a recommendation to commission. I am happy to say, I am glad we stayed with it and worked with your team. I am confident your preparation and presentation of all the facts, allowed the careful consideration and ultimate commission by the Department of Army Headquarters.
Thank you again for your fairness throughout and great legal representation to arrive at this outcome.
