James served as the immigration attorney for me and my wife as we went through the Adjustment of Status process, after we got married via the K-1 visa process. From our very first meeting, he impressed us with his prodigious breadth of knowledge on the various laws and scenarios that come with an adjustment of status. He took the time to get to know us as people, not just clients, to fully understand our story. In a time where the US is in political unrest and immigration is a hot button issue, working with James on our application helped to allay our concerns and anxiety about the overall process. We did our own due diligence about the process beforehand, but ended up with many questions that he was able to answer and steer us in the right direction.
