I hired David C Jones as my attorney to handle the very simple matter of filing a claim in a bankruptcy case. He had all the information and was ready to file to get me listed as a claimant, and then started ghosting me. I have not heard from him in over a year. The deadline to file in the case passed without my knowledge and now I am no longer eligible to get my money.

When I filed a complaint with the state Bar, he responded claiming that he knew he made a mistake, and would make it right, but still refuses to contact me to make this happen. He won't respond to phone calls or emails. This cost me $2,400 and a lot of hassle, and has been dealt with in a very unprofessional way. Don't hire this guy. You have no idea if you'll ever hear from him again.

Hands down to a an attorney that is not about the $$$! An attorney that takes time out to explain matters in details until you fully understand him. An attorney who is highly professional, very responsive and goes above an beyond to take care of his clients. He helped me with my BK back in 2011 and I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated as a friend rather than a number. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. David Jones fought hard for me. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome.
