Unprofessional to say the least. I sought out assistance regarding unpaid wages from my former employer in early October 2019. Unfortunately, after multiple calls, voicemail messages and emails I never received a response from either attorney. At the time I was seeking litigation assistance I did mention to my former employer that I was looking into the Lopez and Wu firm but never confirmed that I was obtaining services from them. Here’s the kicker! In a fit of rage my former employer sent an email berating me and went as far as to cc both Lopez and Wu on the correspondence. To my surprise, a few days later, my former employer couldn’t wait to throw it in my face that they replied to his email and ensured him that they weren’t representing me and apologized profusely for any confusion. Unbelievable! This is the same man that’s stolen wages from me and exposed his true character via the nasty unprofessional email that he sent and they were able to take the time to respond to him. Yet, they were unable to provide me so much as a “sorry cant help you.” I wouldn’t recommend a dog to seek any professional legal assistance from this law firm. If giving zero stars was an option that would be my rating.

These people just don’t care. They are quick to charge you a leg and an arm to give you a consultation but they won’t even reply to your calls and emails afterwards. My experience was with Wu. Who knows how Lopez is.

It only did I call to get information the receptionist hung up on me!
