There was a lot going on that day when I got pulled over on the highway. I started my new job a few weeks ago. I was still trying to find the best route home. I was in a rental car because my car needed fixing, and I needed to drop off the rental that night. My experience with Mr. Yeargan was the first time I felt like a lawyer was actually useful in the outcome of one of my cases. I was charged with driving under a restricted license. He worked with me to get everything I could possibly need prior to the hearing. He was familiar with the prosecutors in Fairfax County. This meant that rather than taking an awful deal offered by the first prosecutor (a different misdemeanor charge), he continued the court date which resulted in a minor moving infraction with a $50 fine.
