You know, when ever you get a speeding ticket or reckless driving ticket, you mail box will be flooded. That is what happened in my case as well. You will find a lot more cheaper lawyers than him. But I always prefer the outcome. He didn't searched me for the case. i didn't get any letter from his firm. I have searched him to hire as my Lawyer. In one word, he is simply great. Though when you talk to him, he will say, "I am not gonna promise you anything", but I know that he knows what would be the outcome of the case. That is why I was never worried. I had got a General Reckless Driving (A.46.2-852) ticket with show up in the court. But he got me signed up with a waiver form, where I didn't even had to go to the court. And my reckless driving dropped to infraction, which is actually " IMPROPER CONTROL/DRIVING". Its not Criminal Misdemeanor but simple traffic violation. I wish he could have dropped that one too.:) Anyway, He is really good and great at his work. I would definitely hire him again if I do commit such kinda incident in future.

DO NOT HIRE Mr. Green. My first reckless driving by speed. Mr. Green will give you a lot of false confidence in your first conversation. He will say things like, "I've dealt with these judges and prosecutors for years, I'm sure we can get them to lower the charge." Once you sign and pay $2500 his story will change and he will say, " This is a new prosecutor" or "This judge isn't favorable." He does not have any good arguments on trial and can barely even negotiate a favorable deal. The communication is terrible, he does not reply to phone calls for emails and he forgets most of the information that you send him via Email. You will only hear from him the day before court. After dragging my case for months of stress I ended up spending time in jail AND paying a large fine AND on top of all that, getting my license suspended. Please DO NOT make the mistake of getting robbed by this lawyer.

I selected this firm after reading multiple reviews and doing my research. I have to say that they did an amazing job in representing me and due to that my charges were reduced from a reckless charge (Criminal misdemeanor) to a speeding charge (traffic infraction). Mr Green is the worst lawyer ive ever been with. I paid 2000 and he was not able to help with anything. I got charged with a lot of stuff such as fines, jail time, suspension, probation and more. I basically got robbed by the lawyer. He was rude when i tried to speak reasons with him. If you would like a good lawyer. Do not come to this guy.

They got me the best possible outcome for my incident. It was easy to communicate with them via email so I didn't have to take off from work.

From the moment I started talking to Mr. Green he started to strategize with me about how I could help myself in this case. He was very enthusiastic about representing me which made me feel safe and confident going in to court. The first time we went the DA offered me a couple days in jail, $500 fine, and 6 months suspended license. I was caught driving 80 in 55 mph.
At first I though it was a normal speeding ticket.
But after researching a bit about it, I found out that it comes under reckless driving.
I am a legal immigrant and any sort of criminal case against me would cause severe problem for my immigration status.

RUN AWAY!! Mr. Nichols is a nice guy but did not argue or WANT TO argue the legal grounds in such a way that I wanted to be defended. When push came to shove, he refused to bring up SOLID legal points in my defense and continues to do so even til today. His position on the matter was that his "contract had expired" and thus no longer is obligated to defend or help you in any way - despite new evidence in the case. Although affordable, I would suggest you find an attorney with more experience before you are disappointed in the court room. Eight-hundred dollars later (the last bit of wealth that I had left), I am no better off now than I was before I walked into his office.
