So, I called around several lawyers, and went to see four. The first one I saw was Ashley Morgan, but, being the shopper that I am, I still went to see the other three on my list -- one woman and two men. I ultimately hired Ashley because she was warm, knowledgeable, she challenged me, she told me the way it was and she educated me on what would happen from the day she was retained until after discharge, including how she would help me improve my credit after discharge.

The other three lawyers I met with elsewhere were essentially "pushy" and "money-grabbers." Either they were trying to get my information to plug it into an emergency petition so that they "represented me" or they simply said you made the appointment, why didn't you bring all the money with you to file?!
