this is a long overdue review. my wife's case was not an easy case and when we went and talked to them about it they gave us a straight yes or no answer. obviously her situation was hopeful and we decided to hire them. This review I'm about to give is long overdue, well deserved, and clearly coming at the perfect time to counter all and everything Jeff Benter has to say about BRIAN Murray and his practice, as my husband and I have had the complete opposite experience and couldn't have been more blessed to have Brian represent us this year!! The money we paid for the freedom my husband now has, which was never guerenteed, was worth the risk and every dime we paid. We recommend everyone we know who could use help with their immigration status to go see Brian.
Initially when we crossed paths with BRIAN a year ago, we were very skeptical, as my husband and I had been to two other lawyers in the span of 18 years that told us that the chances of my husband becoming a U.S citizen was slim to none.
However when Brian picked up my brother in law's complicated case last summer, and successfully prevented him from being deported, we no longer had our doubts.
As if a sign from God to ensure us that we were in good hands, BRIAN at the time, also managed to have a father of 3 that my brother in law had befriended in Farmsville deportation center, to be released within 48 hours of taking his case. BEWAREEEEE!!!!!! Horrible horrible firm.. All of their reviews are fake and anytime you enter the office there is a Spanish lady just waiting to take your money. They owe me money and barely even investigated my case. Hudaidah one of thelawyers was representing my sister and to this day all she does is ask for more money she asks for money... BEWAREEEEE ....theyll catch and hook your behind beofr you know it. They are all family until you need answers..... and then it's either they're out of the office or in a meeting. Ryan is or was my attorney and I HAVE not even received a single reply back from that frog guy looking fraud. This whole firm is a fraud. Brian Murray and his staff were extremely dedicated in bringing resolution to an immigration/deportation case involving my son in law. The first day that my son in law was detained my daughter and I started looking for legal representation. The law offices that we initially called were either unable to meet with us immediately or required money in advance for a consultation. The law office of Murray Osorio contacted us right away after we had called inquiring about a consultation, and offered us an appointment that same day in their Fairfax office with Mr. Brian Murray. We were told we would not be charged anything for the consultation, and Mr. Murray met with us for over an hour to discuss our case. We were given a contract and told to take it home and read it over, which we did, even though we already knew that we wanted to retain Mr. Murray's services.
