Service was a pleasurable experience, friendly and caring staff. Mr. Phillips truly knows the real deal with the law, highly intelligent and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied overall with what they did from the beginning to the end, they will be there for you. I highly recommend choosing Mr.Phillips for attorney needs.

Unlike most attorneys who are impossible to speak to unless you schedule for an appointment and pay big bucks for a hour, Mr. Phillips answers his own phone call & text messages right away to reply. I have never encountered any other attorney as informative and approachable as Mr. Phillips. He is your GO TO guy when you need advice & legal assistance in any criminal matters. You will be so relieved to have Mr. Phillips is on your side instead the opposing party.

On 10/14/15 i got a ticket for driving on suspended . I spent about 2 months looking fot a lawyer. Mr jhonathan was the only one from the ten lawyers i called who showed me that he cares about my matter and he went with step by step.
Today the case turn from a driving while suspended to an ice cream ticket price which is 10 $ with no points or any bad record. For the reason i was a jeuvenile and now am 18 i thanks mr jhonathan for putting his appearance in my case. He is really one of the best Lawyers at Fairfax area.

Jonathan is a real pro. My wife and I have owned and operated a business in Fairfax for 20+ years and Jonathan and his firm is who we turn to for practically every legal need. It is always handled very professionally, expediently, and reasonably. Highly recommend and we don't recommend many people. Andy Ruffner, Principal at RSG Commercial, Inc.

ps. The person who gave a bad review could not possibly be real and have dealt with the firm we work with. I hope that it is removed by Google. Not humanly possible.

I'm a fellow attorney in Fairfax County. I've known Jon since the days he was a prosecutor (and he was kicking my butt a few times). He's well respected in the community and knows what he's doing. He's very compassionate and anyone would be lucky to have them on his side. He'll get the job done!

Jonathan Philips is awesome! I recently had a civil issue which could have jeopardized my job and livelihood. Needless to say, I needed great legal representation to protect myself and family. When I initially contacted Mr. Phillips, he provided a great explanation of what I was up against and the course of actions I needed to take. Unlike most attorneys, his initial consultation was free of charge. Once I decided to retain his services, he started of by attempting to reach an amicable solution with the other party involved. When they refused, he proceeded to vigorously prepare for the case. As a result of Jonathan Phillips efforts, the verdict turned out in my favor and I was able to put this horrific incident behind me. I would defiantly recommend retaining his services.

Jonathan Phillips is the best lawyer in NoVA by far. He was willing to speak with me before I had to pay him a retainer and he is all around a good guy. More importantly than being a good guy is that he is a great attorney. His reputation in the court house speaks for itself. I'm not sure that he uses the internet for finding new clients much as it seems that I am the first person to actively try to write about him. I found out about him though the process of being arrested and charged with DWI. I went to court several times and although I wanted everything to be over quickly Jon's strategy was to look out for my best interest. He did that and so much more. I was not convicted of DWI and I am very happy with the way that things have turned out for me. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends and anyone who is seeking legal advice. Also important to me was that on top of being such an awesome lawyer he also took the time to speak with my family and explain things to them as well before and after court.

Jon has a high level of credibility in my mind because he seems to have a personal relationship with everyone in the court house. He has a commanding presence.
Jon is the personification of civility as legal arguments are not the beginning or the end of his strategy. Please contact him to find out what I mean when I say "honey goes farther than vinegar," which he said to me every time I went to court.
Jon has confidence oozing out of his presence and contains not just good lawyer/attorney traits but also great leadership traits.
Jon while dealing with my case demonstrated a high degree of curiosity in regards to the details of my case and really wanted to examine all possible outcomes and strategies.
Lastly, would like to note that Jon has the same competitive spirit that drives me to success in my job. Although our jobs are vastly different, I believe that Jon would have been successful in any field. Aren't we lucky that he studied law!?!?!!!!
