So far after 4 years of having dave as my lawyer I’d say I made a massive mistake in not doing more research and taking the word of people with “simple” cases. He doesn’t return phone calls doesn’t answer questions and doesn’t pursue anything that is more work than he cares to do. If you have a quick easy case he’s potentially “ok” anything more look elsewhere. I’m on work comp for a back injury that so far has required 5 surgeries yet I no longer receive any income because he seemingly doesn’t want to pursue any solution to my problem. I’m currently waiting for a return phone call about a very important question involving medical treatment and have been for the last 7 days. I guess I could go to high flyers in Bethalto and find him having drinks with his more pressing matters his FRIENDS. So frustrated anymore it’s ridiculous, save yourself the problems and potential financial ruin. Find someone willing to work for you and your rights.

This attorney is the epitome of horrible. David Galanti is only about his bottom dollar. He will never be in a rush to get you in court if you have not been getting any back pay, he doesnt care if its weeks or yrs. He will drag it out as long as he can, because then he gets a piece of that money as well. I will never recommend him and am planning on filing with the bar association and will be filing in court soon regarding the way he has done me. Since I will be in court my attorney will be subpoening the finacial relationships between him, the physical therapist he recommends in Granite city and the lawsuit loan company he recommends as he is getting kickbacks from them I do believe. Why else would he have gotten the women in the office at the loan company all a dozen Rose's for xmas last yr. This will end his career if what I believe I can prove. Whatever your problem is steer far away from this joke of an attorney your very life may depend on it.
