They’re trying to sue IL in a class action lawsuit over a $1 upcharge on FOID cards. They sent me a shady indirect email with a link to their comments and opt out. IL is broke without fighting frivolous lawsuits. These people are awful. They’re going to waste taxpayer time and money.

If it was a lawsuit to get rid of FOID all together, I’d be on board. But trying to class action sue for a $1 is just plain embarrassing.
