Jason was very friendly and thorough. If you're looking for someone to handle your taxes and be there to back you up if you need it this is the place to go. His rates are very reasonable and he's not some part-timer set up inside of the grocery store. In fact I think you would find his rates more reasonable then the chain establishments.
