Rita Hoop is an incompetent attorney. She should not be hired or trusted. Never has the facts of the case correct, is unprepared and quite possibly the most rude individual I've ever come across. She only cared about your money and NOT your case. Avoid this attorney at all costs. You are better off defending yourself.
