Very unconcerned and rushed me off the phone telling me to “do whatever I think I should do” .. if I knew what to do I wouldn’t be calling for help. They have to do better!

I spent nearly 20 minutes on the line with the legal Assistant, who advised how "top notch, professional and great" this legal team is. They are clearly only interested in money, not people, because she persistently informed me that they only take million dollar+ cases. So she couldn't guarantee I'd get a call back... Never did, so I'd say it's evident that this firm is not about working for the almighty people, just the "almighty" dollar. Sad.
