I am unable to speak to the legal aptitude of Tippin and Associates due to the misfortune of having spoken with Mr. Tippin himself. I was referred to Dana Cutler (one of Mr. Tippin's associates) by a friend, but after asking to speak with Mrs Cutler Mr Tippin said, "My name is on the front of the building and I choose who we do business with." He then informed me that I would not be working with any of his associates. I am still perplexed as to what brought about the rude behavior. Possibly upset I was not asking to speak with him? I am not sure. I have since found new representation and would be happy to share contact information if wanted. Feel free to message me. Thank you.
