Wow. My wife has been working with getting a remicade infusion appointment with Grace all a few weeks now. Grace found her the appointment for today. My wife just drove the 40 minutes from Dover and now they tell her she was never added in the system and nobody is available to get her the treatment she needs. Wish we would have known and found somewhere that could have accommodated. How embarrassing.
