This place has placed false balances on my credit report for years now and I dispute it and it comes back on and I dispute I can do this for 7 years lol but for anyone looking to hire them they suck and can't get a dime because the way their shady reporting is easy to remove at some point you would think they would quit trying they definately not making money on me
Horrible customer service, want to argue on phone. Beware

This company should be shut down . Nothing but lying and rudeness on behalf of the staff . "Addie " decided to make my monthly payment what she deemed fit ( several different times) , after i specifically told her what I my monthly payment would be . Then when I called to straighten it out , I get the good old trash talk of ... "First Of All " thrown at me . All I can say is if at all possible , if you can avoid these people .. do !

This company has many staff members that seem to be professional liars, they are not helpful at all either . I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Really wish I could give these criminals a negative star and believe me, it really takes a lot for me to give a negative review. I pride myself on treating people with respect and courtesy, however these clowns pushed me over the limit to the point where I snapped on them. Here's my story - I get a notification from my finance department that my wages are being garnished because of a judgement against me. I'm baffled because I always pay my bills early and ahead quite often. Long story short, after getting bounced all over the place for two full days, I find out there was an outstanding medical bill that was not paid by my father (he is a Sr., me a Jr.) causing the judgement. When it came across First Collect's desk, they clearly did absolutely no diligence in making sure that they went after the right person. We live in two different states, two different addresses, two different birth dates, two different social security numbers. I get it, seems like an easy mistake to make with similar names, however these mistakes CANNOT happen when you are dealing with someone's identity and credit. Now, I've had to call them 6 times over this last month to get this removed from my credit and get a refunded the funds that were garnished from my paycheck. I was told I was to get a refund last week. I call again today and they informed me that the check was sent last week which I hadn't received. When I asked them where they sent the refund, they tell me that they sent it to my father's address??? When I told them that they sent it to the wrong address the response was, well can't you get it from him? Are you kidding me? Are you this incompetent?
