I sought out Webster Book after trying unsuccessfully to come to a resolution with Audi regarding my husband's Q5, which suffered a timing chain failure. I was told that the vehicle was not part of the settlement class and that, therefore, I would not receive a penny of reimbursement (on technicalities alone). I hired Webster Book after my POS Volkswagen Passat inexplicably died and needed a new engine. It turned out that there was a class action lawsuit against VW for this particular issue. I replaced the engine about six years ago and had another major issue happen to the relatively new engine this year.
