Watch these guys. I had Mark as my lawyer. I told them I wasn't available during certain times. Every call I got was during that time. Took me a month before I figured out what was going on. They'd call and leave a voicemail (charging .5 hrs). Then they'd type a letter and mail it to me saying they tried to call (charging .5 hrs). Then I'd call back and they'd tell me something like "just wanted to let you know we filed the paperwork" (and charged me .5 hrs). Then they'd type a letter mailing it to me saying they got a hold of me and what we talked about (charging .5 hrs). So something as simple a filing a request would cost me $500-600 ($150 doc prep and another 2-3 hrs billing). I called them to ask them to stop calling me outside of my availability and billing (they billed me for the call, kept calling, and typed up a letter and billed me for that). Then I called and told them to stop typing everything up and billing (they actually did listen to that, but you guess it, they billed me .5 hrs for the call). When I brought it up he smirked. A real jerk.
