I contacted this firm I believe November 15 or 16 of this year. Toni was really nice. She talked to me about what the process was for court and sent me a confirmation email for the date, time and location of my hearing. My hearing date came and I showed up at 830am (15 minutes earlier than the time she asked me to meet her there). The docket was extra long and began at 9. I waited for her and kept waiting until maybe about noon. My name was called before then but the judge knew I was represented so we were just waiting for my attorney to show up. She never showed. I went to my car to call her (no answer and she didn't try to contact me) and email her. Thankfully another attorney said he would take my case but then we needed Toni to sign off saying that was ok. I spent 4.5 hours at the court house for a stupid traffic ticket! Not to mention I'm pregnant and don't need the stress that I was put through. I will give her this though, she did apologize. However, she said she had me down for court being the next day (even though her email had the right date on it in her confirmation email). Never again.
