Incredibly disappointed. I called Pride Immigration for assistance with a J1 Visa waiver situation. I explained my situation over the phone, they accepted a meeting, but needed a $350 retainer to make an appointment.
The day of appointment my husband, my one-year old son and I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes beyond our appointment while the lawyer finish an extended phone call. After his "important" phone call, we discussed my J1 visa waiver application, where he promised to research and provide guidance early the following week...but the lawyer never did. Nearly a week later, my husband called to check on any guidance he could provide. We heard nothing. Then, today we received an email from his assistant stating the lawyer was too busy to work our case; but, apparently not too busy to take our money. I won't waste any more time or money with this firm.

I found Lawyer Patel on the internet and I contracted his services concerning my wife's immigration issues. What I can say here is that Mr. Patel and his office were extremely helpful throughout the case process, and as I write, my wife's case has been successful and she's been issued her green card. Mr. Patel always promptly replied to my emails and updated me as to where we stand at a particular point in time. In the end, everything was smooth and successful without any headaches. He also lets you choose your own payment system and spread the cost to suit your own ability to pay.
