If you are facing a criminal charge for reckless driving, don't hesitate and hire Nicole. What she did to save me and my career was nothing short of a miracle.

I had to appear in court for a very severe case of reckless driving (i.e. 90+). I kept calling around and consulted quite a few attorneys but didn't really feel confident in their ability to help me, until I talked to Nicole. Nicole is a life saver, back in Nov I was charged with a DUI and reckless. I reached out to Nicole Naum’s office and from the beginning I was re-assured at the attentiveness of the firm in addressing my concerns regarding my reckless driving ticket in Prince William County. Bad attorney jokes are abundant but Ms. Naum has restored my faith in great lawyers. First off, she listens, she really listens. I felt well taken care of from the first minute of our conversation. She obtained video footage of me inside of the store, leaving the store, and pulling out of the store where, the officer was seen pulling me over as I turned onto the street. Nicole was able to prove that the officer gave false testimony to justify the stop when he did not really have a reason to stop me at all. Nicole made a motion to suppress and the case was dismissed. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

The night I was arrested while I was in the waiting room I was waiting, saw an Ad for Price Benowitz, LLP. I am very happy that she was my attorney. I was comfortable with her throughout the entire process. I would if ever needed call for her services again and I will recommend her to any that I hear may need her area of services.
