As of 9- 1- 17 the lawyer that handled my hearing (Mike) informed me that the judge denied my claim and there is nothing else they could do for me, after i notified him there are multiple things that i came across in my medical reports that where not accurate. Even tho he promised me that he could file an appeal if i was to get denied after my hearing but some how he told me this was impossible today. So please beware of who handles your case at this firm i was made promises and at the end i was threw away like last weeks trash without being gave an clear explanition or understanding of what happend. I feel he was very unprofessional and unsympathetic when he phoned me this afternoon. Also i was taken back and didnt want to ask any questions because some how he sounded like he had an attitude for what i dont know so i let him talk so it could be as simple and quick as possible to get off the line with him. Made me wish i checked with another firm before i said yes to this one but now lesson learned so BEWARE!
