If I could I would give them a negative one rate due to a lawyer named Patrick H. and several secretaries. Upon calling the first time everyone was really nice. When I appointed Patrick as a lawyer he was very nice until I signed for him to be appointed.... not too much later after that he never stayed in contact with me on anything and the secretaries were rude after hiring him as well. When I finally got ahold of him he would always state, "I was just fixing to call you." Patrick always lied about not being in the office and on deadlines. My back was injured and never fixed and he made a false promise of a date of getting my check because he knew I wanted to go to trial because bills were building up and I was still in pain.
Patrick also said if I were to sign before Christmas of last year I would have presents under my tree for my family on Christmas morning so I signed. Two whole months after the promise was made to already have the check I finally received a small settlement. Patrick also kept saying he was friends with the other side " the defense attorney " and there was an incident to which I had to retrieve files from the hospital myself of a MRI because Patrick said the defense attorney " his friend " said there were none.... and when I brought them to him he said they agreed that my first doctor wasn't creditable... and I have records of every phone conversation to prove... I would not recommend this attorney to anyone...and I'm reporting him to The Bar!
