Looking for a lawyer is a daunting task. Let's face it, lawyers don't have the best reputations. They are a necessary evil unfortunately at times. You have the slick ones with their infomercials, commercials and billboards. It is easy to think that, 'Well because of all that they must be doing something right to afford all that.' You have to not think like that. Very often they try to look you straight in the eye and say, 'We are here to look out for you'. That sort of thing does nothing for me. I don't need a fancy lawyer that spends truckloads of money trying to create an image...one that is too often cold and impersonal. From go Tom Hyatt was very forthcoming and helpful. He took an interest giving me information well into the evening and on the weekend. Whether this is just a tactic to earn my trust is immaterial, he did it. It was a risk on his part. I could have simply used him and moved on...but see Tom wants to help. He truly seems interested in helping the little guy. Our society and laws are skewed to businesses. I mean who has the money to lobby the lawmakers average Joe citizen or businesses and companies? That is why we need someone that does their best to advocate for the individual. I have no doubt that Tom's heart is in the right place. He is not pretentious and fights tooth and nail for you as his client. I strongly recommend you call Tom and consider him for your worker's compensation case.

Mr. Hyatt is very professional and hard-working. He works for the client and goes to bat for them. Very knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. I would highly recommend him for your work comp or injury cases.

Thomas Hyatt has been doing a great job on my case, he jumped right on my case and made arrangements with the insurance company within a couple of hours of me coming into his office for the first time. He has also been keeping me informed ever step of the way. I would recommend Thomas to my family and friends because he will work to get you what you need.

I retained Tom Hyatt for my husband after my husband was injuried at work. He recently reached an agreement with the bulldog insurance company and my husband and I were more than pleased to put the nightmare injury behind us! Tom was honest and kept in contact with us about the case whether it was with an email or a phone call. He was persistent and unyielding with the insurance company and I appreciate the work he did for my husband!! I never had to worry about what was going on because he made sure he relayed all information to us. Thanks Tom for work you did to help my husband.

Todd is a really good workers Comp Attorney, not only that he is a good person and is up to date on workers Comp law. He took my case a couple weeks ago and he has made so much progress he jumped on it quick and demanded things be done such as my physical therapy. He is always available when I call him and if he is not in the office he calls me back promptly. I never have to wait a day or so for him to call me back he always returns my call the same day within 30 min. He is doing a wonderful job. If you are in need of a lawyer for injured workers he is the person to call.

Tom Hyatt is an excellent attorney as well as a person. Even though going into my case he knew I wouldn't get much he still did his very best to treat my case as a big one. I learned a lot from Tom and he was very kind. Tom is a very informative and hard working attorney and I would be happy to take any future cases to him. Definitely give them a call, the knowledge alone will be worth your while.

I received all kinds of information today. I called and the gentleman who I talked to could not help my situation, but he was so great helping me to understand how "workmen's comp" works. I appreciate the time he took to try and help me. He was very nice. I did learn so much. Thank you

My review of my attorney Tom Hyatt. After fighting with my over work related carpal tunnel injury I retained my Hyatt who took my case while also referring me to a great surgeon a Dr shafly Who care took of my surgery and rehab. After three years of refusing me medical attention my employers finally paid for my medical and we settled on the workman comp case .without the outstanding work of Mr hyatt my injuries would never been addressed considering my employer refused medical attention for them.with workman comp laws so bias for the employer I would have had no recourse without the help of Tom Hyatt whose dedication to my case I am thankful for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Tried calling to get info an attorney for an injury. A "Tom" answered the phone. After a brief introduction he proceeded to interrupt me, asked my name, then stated an incorrect name, when I corrected him he became snooty and continued talking over me demanding I just answer his question.
When asked to speak to anyone else, he said No very bluntly and to just answer his question.
I asked for a supervisor, he said No.
I continued trying to get to anyone else, and he kept playing games.
I became very upset, and he hung up on me.

Quality at this place, I tell ya.
