3 years into my bankruptcy, I was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. I asked Attorney Allen to motion the court so that I can receive a hardship to stop the payment until my treatments is over, I asked her but she refused. After my treatments was over, I returned to work. I received a letter from the court stating that my bankruptcy is going to be dismissed . I increase my payments to avoid any dismissals. By increase in my payments there was a large overage amount, and my bankruptcy was paid off. I tried to call and email Attorney Allen. Two weeks later she emailed me stating if there is any overage it will be returned to me. A week before my last court date I received another letter from the court stating that my attorney petition the court requesting that any overage be paid to her. If I can turn back the hands of time I wouldn't have chose attorney Allen to be to represent me.

Horrible service , the first question she asked me is what I made for a living . The whole time I sat in her office she stared at my up side my head. Poor customer service, no people skills. I wouldn't refer her to my dog.

Working with Attorney Marie Guerrier Allen was horrible. She failed to return my phone calls and when she would return my call she would rush me off the phone without answering my questions. Mrs. Guerrier is very unorganized and the way she keeps her office reflects that. She isn't professional and can be very rude!! She failed to follow through with things that she told me she would take care of as my attorney.I would never use her services or refer anyone to her again. I didn't want to leave any stars but the system wouldn't allow me to post without one.
