Do not be fooled by Mark Cudney he's a snake in the grass and a liar. If you want someone to judge you this is the attorney for you. He told my wife and I that he likes to go into judge's Chambers and have off the-record conferences with no court reporter, because he's allowed to get evidence submitted in there that couldn't legally be submitted in open court. He also told us that judge Ashworth in El Dorado County doesn't bother to read declarations and that's why he doesn't write them. One last word on this subject don't ever allow your family law attorney or probably any attorney for that matter go into judge's Chambers and have an off-the-record conference always demand a court reporter and if you can't get a court reporter I would advise you to make sure that in your attorney-client agreement that there is no off the Record in Chambers conferences without a court reporter to document the hearsay. Once the opposing counsel, Minor's counsel, mediators or any other attorneys go back into that room your reputation can be permanently ruined and you can't un-ring that Bell. Do not do business with Mark Cudney. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
