I contacted Mr. Stone regarding a traffic citation. Mr. Stone and his team did a great job and I'm very happy with the outcome. The LawStone team was very responsive to my inquires. Hopefully I won't be in too many situations requiring an attorney, but if/when they arise, I won't hesitate to contact Mr. Stone and his team again.

Friendly people...will recommend any time

I subscribed to the Hyatt legal plan, a legal support service offered via my employer for a subscription fee.
My husband had a traffic incident and we were looking for a legal help to resolve it. I contacted 6 lawyer's groups in the San Francisco Bay Area and nobody wanted to deal with traffic issues.
The entire process was very frustrating until I called Peter Robert Stone - Attorney and Counselor at Law. Mary promptly replied to my voice message asking for help, and Peter and his staff have been understanding and responsive ever since.
Not only have Peter and his staff helped us to navigate through the paperwork, they have also given us excellent legal advice, and actively participated in the appeal on our behalf.

I found Peter through my employer's hyatt legal plan. Peter is professional and easy to work with. He always provides pros and cons with all things considered, followed by a suggestion. He is good at what he does. Very importantly, he responses quickly. We consult him with all kinds of legal matters and we are pleased with his excellent advice and services. He just helped us win a traffic case with a good strategy.

TL;DR: Unprofessional and slow.

I signed up for Peter's law services about a year ago expecting to have an easier time managing a disputed debt, but I really wish I had just done it all myself.

One of his lawyers, Elizabeth, took 4-6 business days to reply to any given email, and due to her slow response time we ended up passing the deadline to negotiate. The disputed debt was reported to credit agencies, and my partner and I got a huge hit to our credit scores. This was easily avoidable, and while not worth a malpractice suit, was incredibly unprofessional and incompetent.

After I called Peter to discuss this, he apologized and offered us an Amazon gift card. It didn't cover our legal expenses, much less the time we wasted and the consequences of our lowered credit scores.

I don't recommend working with this law firm.
