Dale Orthner was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and supportive through my chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He taught me so much that I know will keep me from ever getting into a financial catastrophe again! I would highly suggest anyone else considering Bankruptcy to see him

Attorney Dale Orthner was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I felt horrible being in a position to have to file for chapter 7 after maintaining a high 780+ credit score for thirty plus years. He reviewed my case and recommended the best course of action to take based on my situation. In dealing with Orthner I was never made to feel like I had some how failed in my efforts to keep my head just above the water line. On a side note I had to serve some county jail time during the court process. With Orthners services my case moved through the process during this trying time. Orthner essentially hand walked my case to resolution. In summary: If you find yourself having to go though the bankruptcy process, Attorney Dale Orthner is the "go to" guy.

I went to my free consultation, then I was told how much my fee would be...thinking he would do most of the work....?? I made payments to him...then I was told what I had to do...which was everything!! :( he would've basically got paid big time for doing nothing! Then when I wanted out after a few payments...? He gave me back less than half of what I paid!!! Because of his time he spent viewing my situation..? Which was nothing!!! He's lazy and worthless! There is way better representation out there!!!! Trust me!!!!

This is the worst posible attorney you could hire. Tough I have seen many positive reviews my experience was horrific to say the least- It is on going and the issues are not settled in any way- I will update if anything changes.

Complaint: On 16 May 2014, this attorney submitted an insulting email to my wife that brought her to tears. Since that email, I have been the brunt of continous harrassment by this attorney. His ettiquette is attrocious. My wife paid him to file a bankruptcy. As this bankruptcy is not joint, only my financial information, not property, were to be reported but he reported all my information as if I were filing with her, and included reaffirmations for vehicles that do not belong to her.
