I scheduled an appointment with Benson Law Firm and had to call and reschedule it due to a conflict with work, the receptionist changed the appointment to an earlier time with no hesitation. Prior to my arrival Mr. Benson's associate called and let me know the phones were out due to a power outage and if I had any problems I could call him on the number provided.
