For one he is very unprofessional he came in and looked as if he had been running a marathon in his suit. Never greets me and just ask my name. I tell him my name and my disability and he says oh I can’t repersent you. Why not ask anymore questions why shove me off? And then an black woman comes in and ask for the Receptionist and Brent Gaines never said anything they lady had to actuall y’all up the steps for her to know she was there. What a way to be a lawyer.
