I feel he is a great attorney with my kids best interest at heart

Refuses to provide invoice to account for 7500 bill after quitting abruptly as an attorney for a 1 year old child. Works out of a disorganized dump of a basement level office off Big Bend. Attended a bottom of the barrel Tier 4 law school.

Lazy, doesn’t read any evidence that he asks you to give him and is a terrible GAL. But he sure does want to get paid!
All around terrible experience.
If he is assigned to be your Guardian, immediately ask for a different one.

Simply the worst lawyer in Missouri. Unresponsive, unavailable, unwilling to do the work. Drags out the process and runs up his fees. Immediately disqualify him from any GAL list and fire your attorney if they don’t issue the same warning.

Art was fantastic. You can tell he really wants a solution even if it is a lose lose situation.

Art is great. I had to use him in my non contested divorce 12yrs ago.
Due to the ex side causing undue issues recently. I called up my old attorney (who better to contact then the original from an old case) and Art and his staff were wonderful.
He scheduled me in promptly and we were able to go over things. I was surprised how well he remembered me after 12yrs. He's had many cases since mine.
