First let me say my auto accident involved a head on collison with a uninsured driver who is being charged with crossing the center line of a highway and causing serious injury. This man was driving without insurance since Nov. 2013 with a leased vehicle (2013 Ford f-150 pickup Geoff who handled the case advised against pursuing any legal action against the uninsured motorist or the leasing agent instead just collecting the amount of my own insurance policy under the uninsured motorist provision, in my opinion the easy money.
