I would like to start off saying that I was injured on the job with a new employer which I had been employed for less that 1 year. When I was injured, I was scared to file a claim against the employer in regards to this injury that I suffered. (Hernia) As a result I incurred mounting medical bills that was my responsibility to pay. I called my employer to notify them that I had been in the hospital for this injury, but did not stress the fact that it was work related in fear of retaliation by my employer. So the day that I returned to work, I worked my full shift. 15 minutes prior to the end of the shift, the owners of the company came to me and said that they needed to talk to me. so we had this meeting, & they told me that they were going to have to let me go. And that it was nothing that I had done wrong, nor was it any fault of mine. I ask them when this was to take effect. They stated it takes effect at the end of the shift. They even wrote me an awesome letter of recommendation. So some time had went by and the medical bills started to roll in..... I then thought maybe I should call an attorney and get some professional legal advice so that I could make a educated decision. I really did not expect that I had a fair chance in this situation due to me not filing a workers injury report at the time of the injury.
I then called the "Edelman Law Firm". They immediately & professionally assisted me in my claim. I immediately started to feel a weight off my shoulders. I am a 23 year old so take my insight at face value. My girlfriend experienced a work injury about a year ago in mid 2017. She was afraid of the legal process required to pursue treatment after the workers comp doctor hit deadbeT. Called this law office after Brown and Crouppen turned their phones off 20 minutes before closing time.

After being transferred to Ron Edelman, I informed him that I was trying to research options as my girlfriend was afraid of pursuing the process alone. I wanted to make sure the right questions were asked, but also that we got an accurate expectation as to what we should do next to pursue the help she needs and deserves. Ron was courteous to give us over a half hour of input and advice free of charge. He was clearly very well educated and experienced in his field, boasting his experience and passion to help the working class. I cannot yet speak experience to his abilities in actually fighting for his clientele, nor his results in the courtroom. What insight I can offer is that he was perfectly willing to answer any questions I had. My only negatives would be in that I personally felt he projected his legal experience on me and at times seemed almost argumentative towards me in trying to ask the right questions. Rest sure, he has the experience and is excellently practiced in rhetoric.

Mr. Edelman has recently helped me with a personal case and is continuing to assist me with a workers compensation case I am going through. His fees are fairly low, only 25% of what I may earn in my workers compensation case and while for a personal case his fee is a little more it is nowhere near the 3/4ths that someone else on here has claimed. Mr. Edelman is always upfront about his cost and has been very cooperative and understanding, him and everyone else have always answered my questions and concerns to the best of their ability.

The very first day I met with Mr. Edelman he told me his fee would be 25% of What ever we settled for or where awarded by the judge. When my cased went to court and an award was given to me, Mr. Edelman only collected 25% . I have had the pleasure of meeting some of his other clients over the 11 years we worked on my case. I can tell you, he has never taken more then 25% from any of his clients that I have been in touch with. I honestly dont think he could sleep at night if he did take more. That is just the kind of person, friend, attorny he is.
So in closing, I have to say. If anybody out there is reading this and is unsure if Mr. Edelman is the kind of attorney that will stand by you and fight for what is in your best interest. I can tell you, he will by your side and fight for what is best for you nomatter how long it takes. HE WILL NOT charge more then his 25% fee. I know for a fact that if a time arrises that I need an attorney for anything in the future, Edelman law office will be my first and only call

I used Ron Edelman Law Firm 30 years ago on a workman's comp claim. The fee charged by the firm was 25%. I again used the firm 2 years ago and the fee was still 25%. Both claims were won. I found the Edelman Law firm to be very professional and honest. I think Mr. Tyree must have been confused about the fee charged. I would recommend this firm to anyone wanting a capable lawyer to represent them in a workman's comp claim.
