DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I can't reiterate that enough. This place is the biggest joke of an operation and quite possibly the worst business experience I've ever had. I got a ticket for going 5 MPH over the speed limit and used this place to get it fixed. After paying them a hefty fee, I received notice that my ticket had been reduced and I would need to pay $133 for this new violation that would not result in points. Great, so far so good. I hand deliver the money order to the office as they requested. A month and a half go by and I receive a note from the court saying my court date had been missed and if I did not respond within 30 days, my license would be revoked. I called the court and to my surprise, they never received my money order! I exchanged numerous calls with the office (it takes days to get a call back) and when Mallory finally called back, she simply explained that they mailed it and this was ALL the post office's fault. Literally no explanation outside of that. I called Western Union to cancel the money order and found out there is a fee associated there. I called Traffic Law Stop back multiple times (it took my 3 calls to get Mallory on the phone). When I finally got them on the phone, they were once again rude and stated that all they would do for me is pay me back for the money order cancellation. I explained that I feel as if I should get some sort of reimbursement for my initial payment due to us being 10 weeks into this debacle with no end in site. I was told I would get a call back to discuss within 24-48 hrs. An entire week went by with no phone call and I called the office again. Once again, no answer from Mallory but I was told by the secretary (Erika) that Mallory would call me back that afternoon. Well guess what, all I received was an email from Mallory stating that once again, there is nothing they can do for me and that it isn't their fault the post office lost the piece of mail they sent. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. All the while I asked to speak to the actual lawyer multiple times and was given the stiff arm each time. Please DO NOT use them. Not only are they not trustworthy from a communication perspective, but they aren't even reliable in terms of being able to get their job done.

Above and beyond the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. I recently received a ticket for riding my bicycle on the sidewalk. I did know this was a violation of the law but low and behold it was. Casey Coats the owner personally handled my case and got me out of trouble. I don't like lawyers but these guys changed my mind and for cheap. I highly suggest using the Traffic Law Stop.

I got a quote of $1,400 from this place to handle a 3 tickets, so I went to a traffic ticket spot on Brentwood Rd and they took care of it for $450! Big Difference!!

What the heck?!? I hired you to represent me and instead I get a notice for arrest in the mail?! The the heck?! How do you call that representing me?? I could have done a better job myself and not got a warrant for my arrest it's really not that hard. I hired you because I live in a different state then the insident occurred and I thought you'd handle it and I wouldn't have to worry about it. I could have flown there and handled it myself for cheaper and more effective results!!!

Got a ticket for being idle within 50 feet of railroad tracks. Went to this place to get it taken care of. Was charged around $80, said I didn't need to show up in court, and that they could get it down to something like a parking ticket. My court date was 4/16/17 I think. The 16th comes around and I just happen to be driving past the office that day so I pop in to see how things went. They said the judge couldn't make it so my court date got pushed to 5/16/17. 5/16 rolls around and I don't heard anything about what happens till today, 5/25/17. I got a letter from the court saying if I don't show up 6/20/17, they will send for my arrest. I am calling tomorrow to see if they can explain what is going on. I feel scammed as of right now. Even if I didn't do something as Casey's staff requested I do, I question why they didn't remind me, and why they didn't let me know what the heck went on, even till this day. I read the reviews on this website and wonder if they are all just faked by some low paid worker in India. I wouldn't be surprised if they hire more reviews after this review to put this review off the front page. I will remove this review if my situation gets fixed. Please also note that the other 1 star review expresses a similar complaint. Please also note that all reviews of this place are opposite ends of the scale.

I love how well they took care of my ticket! Very professional,inexpensive, and the fine was a whole lot cheaper then I expected. I've had similar tickets in the past that I took somewhere else and the fine was and fees were outrageous! And they were in the same county. Don't know how you did it but thanks Traffic Law Stop!!!! I had a very positive experience with Traffic Law Stop after getting a speeding ticket. The staff was extremely professional and efficient yet quick -- it only took about 5-10 minutes to take down all of my ticket + personal information so they could take over. I recently had a traffic ticket and I did not want any points added to my license, I was referred by someone to Traffic Law Stop. I did not have to go into the facility, all I had to do was email my ticket information. Within two weeks my ticket was finalized and amended. My wife got a ticket And I remembered Traffic Law Stop from all of the DUI and Speed Trap Posts on Facebook. I instantly suggested my wife go though them because of the free service they do for the public, giving you an extra chance to avoid a ticket! I love the concept because it shows they arnt just looking to make money on tickets, but if you get one, the service is hadnled faster than it took the officer to write the ticket. Extreamly good attitude when you talk to them online or over the phone. I would never dream of saying this to an attorney, but wow I really appreciated the opportunity to be your client.

The Traffic Law Stop team is wonderful and has been an irreplaceable asset throughout this past year. I first wondered into this office with barely anything in my pockets and a charge for a DWI. They accepted my case and were able to work with me to form a payment arrangement that worked around what I could afford rather than what was most convenient for them.
