I do not recommend. They were very very slow at getting back to me, would never update me on anything, and when I called to get an update they seemed annoyed And borderline hostile with me. I eventually had to just pay my ticket because of their slowness and lack of help with anything. Wish I could’ve gotten my money back.

Typically, I've had to show up in court or at least meet with a lawyer personally to have these matters cared for.
I had just started a new position, so it would have been difficult to do that without violating the absence policy, but David's Office was amazing, and extremely affordable too.

I got a ticket in Bismarck Missouri, and these guys were the first people I called. They told me this municipality was one where they required you to actually appear in court instead of by mail, so it was going to cost extra. They even "double checked" for me. I contacted another place to get a quote before I committed to this one, and they told me there that this was in fact NOT true. They fixed my ticket for a third of the price, and no one, not even my lawyer, had to appear in court. Traffic counsel LLC was emailing me adamantly about getting my payment, but when I emailed them to let them know I had talked to someone else who had contradicted what they said, I never heard back from them again. I would save your money and look elsewhere, as I don't believe these people can be trusted not to scam you for money.

I was mislead into believing what my court costs would actually be, then asked to pay more than double! I do not recommend this law firm at all. There are plenty of other options in the area. Save your money and your time. I've had dozens of speeding tickets amended in my lifetime and have never had to pay that high of court costs before. They have always been a fraction of what I was asked to pay this time.

I reached out to Mr. Koonce due to the positive reviews and information on website that suggested the firm would be able to meet my needs. I have texted/emailed/called no less than 20 times in the last 2 weeks hoping to secure a plan for my case. I advised of my upcoming court dates from the very beginning. If I got a response at all, it was merely that, “we’re working on it” with zero details of what that actually meant. As my court date approached, I called/texted/emailed more to make sure it was being handled but got short replies that I’d hear from
someone soon. As if this process isn’t stressful and humiliating enough, Catherine advised that I needed to stop messaging them and to wait for someone to call me because I wasn’t the only client. I don’t know how much more I could’ve done to inform the team of when my court date was. I still don’t know if an attorney has actually seen my information or knows how hard I tried to get help or if my pleas went only to Catherine. I still need legal representation but the possibility of getting from this firm seems unattainable.

This went way better than I expected considering I just grabbed the least expensive option from a google search. The whole process was very easy and very quick. David was very friendly, which was an unexpected bonus. It felt like you had a pal taking care of things for you.
This was my first time needing/using a service like his and it was completely stress free. If I need something like this again, his will be the first number I call, without a doubt.

I cannot, in good faith, recommend this firm. I hired them (who, by the way, are slightly more expensive than most) five weeks before my court date. My ticket was not reduced until 3AM the night before my 9AM court date.

When I had previously called the office to ask what would happen, and whether I would need to attend my court date, staff was curt and evasive. Due to the delay, I was also issued an order to show cause for failure to pay. While I believe the order to show cause has been resolved by payment (not that I would get a clear answer from the firm if I were to ask), the whole process was very stressful.

Short version: hire someone better, or at least someone cheaper. Not worth the stress.

Great company to take care of traffic tickets, even moving violations! Easy to work with via phone, email and text communication. Speedy, responsive and very affordable. I hired David from Traffic Counsel. He got me a recommendation from the court for a high speeding ticket. So I took the defensive driving class and did my 30 hours community service. David got my court date rescheduled and I went back in front of the Judge. The judge agreed to reduce it to a parking ticket. David has experience with these judges and knows what they will want from his clients. Everything worked out perfect. David and his staff were all very friendly and responsive when needed. Definitely will use again.

I can't give a very good review of the attorney's actual services, because I was so annoyed with the administrative representative that I decided I didn't want to deal with her again. She said her name was Catherine. When I tried to explain why I was calling she cut me off and said "just give me the ticket number". Never said please, never apologized for being short and rude. She asked me for a payment immediately and said that she would file my information after receiving the payment. I asked if I would speak to the attorney at all and she laughed at me. Laughed. At. Me. Seriously? I tried this guy because of the positive reviews, but I don't need someone to be rude to me when there are so many other options to take care of a moving violation.

Met David in court asked for his business card, gave him my violations and other required information, and his team took care of the rest.
