A call asking about a family case and I just need basically information whoever I spoke to act like they didn't want to help me talking about just call back later and we'll set you up with an appointment how unprofessional...

I would not recommend these people at all when it comes to a family case matter how unprofessional when you call for important Family Matter and they act like they don't want to help you
