Horrible attorney. Won't answer your calls or texts! Won't show up to court when he says he will. Walks out of court and gets in his car and closes the door while you're trying to talk to him! Tells you to be at court to finalize but then asks for a continuance just dragging it on. Feel like hes using me to benefit for another case by throwing me under the bus so another client goes free. Do not hire him. If you ha e already hired him, DO NOT FINISH PAYING HIM TILL THE LAST COURT DATE. MAKE SURE IT IS A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF CASH LEFT TO FINALIZE AFTER THE LAST COURT DATE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ROBBED.

By far the worst attorney to walk the earth. He’s not even an attorney - he’s a scam artist! He will go to as many court dates, make just enough calls, work up until you pay him off or are close to paying him off. Soon as he gets enough money out of you, he won’t answer your calls, he won’t do what he said he would do. He told me he would get me a court date to squash my warrant and has failed to do so. I missed my court date by an hour due to car issues (I live 11 hours away). So I went to his office and he said he would get me a court date on a specific day. So I texted him a couple nights ahead and said I would be headed to California and to make sure that he got me on the schedule he never replied so I went ahead and headed there. I drove 730 miles to go to court and come to find out he had FORGOTTEN TO GET ME A COURT DATE AND FAILED TO DO ANYTHING TO SQUASH MY WARRANT AND SQUARE ME UP! So now I’m completely stressed beyond belief and unsure of what to do. I can not afford to get a different attorney. He won’t answer texts/calls/emails. I only owe a couple hundred bucks so I figure he is done helping me and will probably drop me as a client. This guy is a real piece of work and will rob you blind. He should lose his license to practice law. I will be doing whatever I can to make him lose his license. He should not be practicing law because all he does is rob poor folks who need help and are already going through financial issues due to having to need a lawyer in the first place! Go spend you money on a real attorney. If you’re thinking about sending Mr Miller any money then you might as well just go dump that money in the toilet and flush it. Don’t let him fool you at first either. He will do a good job at first but when you really need him at the end he is nowhere to be found! Good luck to y’all.

Everybody that has something negative to say about Russell Miller being racist and or a scam artist is full of you know what!!!! When he enters the courtroom and approaches the judge you can tell That the DA knows they dont stand a chance! Lol...he is a really good man he is carrying he helped me a couple times with my issues in the past with the most respect and the consideration and due diligence when he really didn't have to because of my financial inability to pay too much he's been doing this for a long time and he is the best I will be sad to see him retire this year but thank you Russell Miller you will be missed

Russell is a fighter and a winner!

My experience with Russell Miller was god awful! He got my son 58 years and he did not even say anything to help him on his behalf! it was like he wanted my son to go to prison OMG! He is predudice!!! we later found out that my son was put under the bus to help another attorney that he owed a favor to. he is just the worst of the worst. i also have like 3 friends all africian american who also said the same thing, Russell Miller will just sit there and will not fight back on your behalf, I bought a nice shirt for my son from Ross Store for him to put on during the trial and Russell kept the shirt saying the next person he defends can use it...really russell, how do you sleep at night knowing what you did. if you do not like africian people, then do not defend them!
