I was informed that I had a court date in a matter of days so I called him when I received the information on New Years eve. He picked up my call and was able to make it to my court date. IT WAS 3 DAYS BEFORE COURT DATE and he made it. I gave him all the answers I could to help with my particular situation and he did what he could to settle the situation but my ex was not willing to settle for anything. My ex was making false accusations about me wanting to/going to/have done physical harm/threats to her. The case took 6 months (due to the ex) but during that time, David kept in contact with me and was responsive with questions/concerns that I had even when I wasn't the ONLY CLIENT, HE STILL MADE TIME.

The final court date came and had all my witnesses with me to end the case and David was there before the court room opened. Talked to me about my particular case and any last minute things that came up. David was able to point out flaws within her claims that would go to prove that her claims were false/lies that was backed up with my witnesses to further prove that her claims were false/lies.

With all the information handled in a very professional/tactful way, the case was dropped and I was able to continue with my life and not have to worry about the false claims holding me back on my jobs that she was trying to stop me from getting/being fired from.

I was in a pickle. I was in an altercation with my girlfriend in Placer County. However, after speaking to the DA, David had managed to lower the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. He also persuaded the DA to reduce the work program to 35 days and the probation to informal. After a year of going back and forth with a very stubborn judge and the probation department, he persuaded the county to enable me to complete a batterer's program online. This specific step (online program) was essential as any charge curtailed any threat towards my career and I could continue to travel for work. It was also the very first time in the history of Placer County judgements that this was allowed.

It was because of his knowledge he actually checkmated the DA and judge in allowing me to complete an online batterer's course and it was painfully obvious that the judge did not want to allow it.

I will complete the batterer's course and the work program. After a year and a half I will use Mr. Bonilla's services to have my case dismissed and thereafter, expunged.
