Sarah is very friendly and transparent. Receptionist lack basic people skills and its too bad because I will not be recommending this place only for the middle people one has to deal with to process our applications. Part 2 of my case will be done elsewhere. Sarah if you ever read this please reconsider the people who work for you and make necessary changes it will help your business overall!

The receptionist Socorro is hecka rude i don’t know why she is working there she thinks she is the lawyer but hey lady wake up you are just the receptionist

I went to this lawyer a few years back to apply for the U Visa. Took in my police report and he didn’t read the whole thing when he told me immigration didn’t approve cases like mine. I left devastated and thinking I had no hope. I went to another lawyer and she took her time to read the report and right away asked me about my case. We made the appointment to start things going and three years later I HAVE MY WORK PERMIT. I’m glad I didn’t listen to him, he had told me the outcome of my case without even trying. His secretary (at the time) has no customer skills.

The receptionist have no customer skills and rude, they won't go out of their way to help you! The attorney quoted me $1000k for the process I had to do but because I lost their green quote paper they told me they were going to charge me $1500 the next time I went in.
