Honestly I have mixed emotions about this place customer service front desk Receptionist was incredible with customer service Very polite graceful I will give him 5 stars I came in to see Victoria An attorney that I had legal documents for And she clearly did not care whatsoever had me waiting downstairs for about 15-20 minutes with no sense of respect like if I had all day to waste ...If she's like that with a delivery service... so lazy she couldn't run downstairs real quick I can only imagine how she is with her clients careless unreliable behavior wont even respond to text not a good sign In a business aspect

My second ever online review. He was professional and informed. I was thankful that he actually called me back unlike so many other lawyers I’ve contacted over the past couple weeks. It’s something to appreciate when a lawyer takes 5-10 min out of their busy schedule to give u a free consult via phone. Moreso when that 5 minutes will greatly help me navigate the path ahead. Before our convo I had feelings of uncertainty and anxiety just bc taking the particular legal action that I need to take was foreign to me. Now I fully understand and am 100% comfortable with everything I need to do. Thanks Robert.
