Brittany Carper is a competent attorney that has a tremendous amount of drive. She is extremely intelligent and crafty. Like Julius Caesar she is a master tactioner with the brutalitly and precision of Mike Tyson laying waste to those who would stand against her. She is not to be trifled with and those who do pay with a pound of flesh. She will lock onto whatever she is after and will not cease pursuit; she is relentless. This company should be used as a model for how a company should be run. They are so compassionate and generous in their community and it shows how much they want their clients to have the best representation that the law provides. Good advice not too pricey

Very thorough, very thoughtful and very friendly. Their scope and specialties allowed us to use their services at several different stages of our lives. We have been satisfied each time, knowing that we made a good choice in going to them.

Brittany Carper is the worst court appointed guardian ad Litem ever!!! She lies, pretends she didn’t receive paperwork that she did. Picks sides, very two faced. She waited until the month of my court date to do a home visit when I made myself available the previous months starting in November. Her practice of law is unethical to include her assistants, she doesn’t practice in the best interest of the child.

Mrs Carper is top notch! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Martha Norton for family law issues. Ms. Norton handled my laborious custody case with resolute tenacity. Not only did Ms. Norton handle herself as a professional attorney, she is devoted to her faith and has a good heart. Jason Pelt is an awesome attorney

Very unprofessional, smug and completely unwilling to discuss with the client. He told us we couldn't afford him. I guess we should have made sure to state our bank balance at the start of the conversation.

Charged me $150 to tell me he wouldn't write a simple cease and desist letter for a defamation case. Mr. Pelt gave patronizing and uninformed advice. I guess he thought I was too young to be taken seriously. Called a real shark up north and they read me the law that stated I had a case, paid the retainer the same day, proceeded to win the case. If you want to speak to a know it all, close minded individual who has no time for you go to Jason Pelt.

His unprofessional attitude is reflected in his assistant as well. She could hardly wait to hang up the phone on me. It was such an extreme encounter we were half laughing and half angry in disbelief.

Highly Disappointed with Brittany Carper. Our retainer fee was used up all on emails and phone calls. (5k down the drain) We got no results after a few months. We eventually had to seek another attorney to help us. I do recommend Eric Stone Law.

Extremely disappointed and upset with her. She will not speak to me, only speaks through her assistant. I was just informed I have to pick a few days and hours to go see her when it's convient for her. I explained to don't have a car or anyone who can take me and I asked that she come see me or when do it over the phone. That's when her assistant got nasty with me telling me I have to figure it out.

We just want to express our thanks to Ms. Brittany Carper for a job well done! We just finalized our adoption (through our county) in which Ms. Carper was the Guardian Ad Litem. At all times she was courteous, caring and very confident. We so appreciate that she was able to put our daughter at ease and that she actually looked forward to all interactions with Ms. Carper. Brittany Carper was appointed as Guardian ad Litem for my custody case this month, June of 2016 and did an absolute terrible job. She was highly unprofessional and uninvolved in the case. The first time she made contact with me, she called me from the opposing party's phone, after talking to her for 5 minutes on the phone, answering questions, telling her information, she tells me the opposing party was listening in. She was assigned to the case for a total of 5-6 months and never returned my phone call once, never responded to any fax that I sent her, and waited till 24 hours before our trial date to do a home visit and she didn't even do the visit, she had her assistant do it. She is an absolute incompetent attorney and I would advise anyone considering her or her law firm to look elsewhere.

I have used a guardian ad litem in the past and I have used attorney's in the past, all of which have exceed Brittany Carper's abilities. Save your money and don't consider this law firm.
