My friend contacted this lawyer, Dan Raff, and I am very compelled to write a review and warn people about his business ethics, as they are VERY unprofessional. My friend was in need of a probate attorney and contacted Dan Raff, who, upon review, had agreed to take his case and collected $15,000 from him upfront. This lawyer turned his case/ estate into such a mess that no other attorneys wanted to represent him after they saw what Dan Raff did to it.

Dan Raff was provided with all of the evidence that was needed for him to prove his case. He sat on all the paperwork and evidence that he was supposed to defend my friends case with, and did nothing. turned nothing in for the judge to see. He made a huge mess of his case after taking his money, and then when he saw that it was going to be a long court procedure, he cited conflict of interest, and dropped him as a client based on that, which was a cop-out, and refused to return any of his money. This attorney is lazy, a liar, incompetent, and should have his bar license pulled. If your property is valuable to you I def recommend you seek council elsewhere.
