My initial consultation with Dan helped to answer my questions regarding estate planning and also provide them the necessary information to determine my needs and wishes regarding distribution of my estate. To help facilitate the meeting an intake questionnaire is submitted prior to the initial consultation. Which I found very helpful to me as I had never gone through this process. If only a “0” star was possible....Poor communication from Dan. Handling estate for family member. Tax forms were not received. Several calls went un-responded to for an extended time. While apologies are now being received by Dan, they are not very useful as we are now faced with having to fIle an amended tax return at our expense and have yet to receive the tax forms.
