John Staley was consulted for a divorce case that required understanding of stock options, RSU's, etc. John Staley had little to no knowledge of the various methodologies to evaluate equity and dragged his feet throughout the divorce process. He created multiple delays by adding unnecessary complications to the proceedings. Not recommended if you have assets that include stock equity and or have a desire to move through the process efficiently.
