Nobody likes having to get a lawyer to handle a divorce, but when you need one, this is the place you want to turn to. I was fortunate to have Tammy Mercado on my side, and she did a wonderful job for me. She was also great at helping me keep my costs down, and, when money became tight at the end of a very difficult divorce, she still kept giving me good, solid advice and support. This is someone who really cares about her clients, it's not about the money. It truly is about helping her clients. I would highly recommend Tammy and her firm to anyone in need!

I retained Mary Whipple to defend me against an unfounded restraining order. I feel she failed me because she was overconfident and completely unprepared for my case. I had to tell her when to object in the middle of the hearing, etc. and basically lost to the plaintiff who was representing herself. Pretty embarrassing I can imagine. In hindsight, and after talking with better lawyers, there were many things Mary could have and should have done before the case went to an actual hearing (mediation, SPEAKING with the other side, preparing the witnesses, etc.)

I hired Tammy for my divorce case. They overbills me. They are very unprofessional. Don’t prepare court documents correctly. Keep making mistakes in preparation of court documents. Keep charging even if it’s there mistakes. They don’t know what was going in my case. They unreturned my phone after they got my money. Very sloppy not good.

Tammy Mercado made a huge mistake when she was in with her mother’s vindictive rampage against me! She wrote my mother’s will then, thru instruction from her mother (my sister) tried taking money from my inheritance by claiming there was no will! A bold face lie!
Immoral, unethical and ILLEGAL! If Tammy would purposely lie about her own uncle for finiancial gain, what other crimes would she commit? They lied because they didn’t think I could prove it. WRONG! I am submitting a complaint with the Legal Board against Tammy Mercado after the court finds the truth in this matter! Good advise is, STAY AWAY FROM UNETHICAL ATTORNEYS such as Tammy Mercado!
